Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, most items sold on raazdari.pk are considered non-returnable once delivered.

We only accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product was delivered.
  • Product is missing from the order.
  • Item received is significantly different from what was ordered.

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered:

  • Delay sprays
  • Intimate creams
  • Herbal wellness products
  • Personal care products
  • Opened or used items

Products must remain sealed, unused, and in original packaging to be considered for any return review.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved only if:

  • The product arrives damaged.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The ordered item is unavailable after payment confirmation.
  • A verified issue is approved by our support team.

To request a refund, customers must provide:

  • Photos of the package received

Refund Processing

Once the issue is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed through bank transfer or other mutually agreed methods.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is lost, damaged during transit, or marked delivered but not received, please contact our support team immediately so we can investigate the matter with the courier service.
